Blanco is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in a high-volume setting, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

With 3+ years in restaurant leadership, you’ll manage shifts, optimize scheduling, and coach a passionate team while maintaining top-notch dining standards and efficient POS operations.

• 3+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Understanding of business operations and financials.
• Manage shifts including scheduling and planning.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Perform calmly in a high-volume environment.
• Manage on-the-fly requests with poise.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
• Drive continuous improvement.
