Job summary

UFC GYM Mililani Town in Hawaii seeks an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to drive sales, lead operations, and deliver a world-class member experience. You will coach front-line staff, manage daily operations, and support the GM to grow memberships and private coaching.

This role requires 1–3 years of sales and leadership experience, strong communication, CPR/AED certification, and a commitment to the UFC Gym brand. Eligible for growth and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace).
• CPR/AED certification is required; a Personal Training certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising front-line staff and department leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development of new team members to meet brand expectations.
• Serve as a role model for the Train Different philosophy and foster an energetic, welcoming environment.
• Help manage guest pipeline, lead generation, outreach, and tours of prospective members.
• Assist in achieving monthly membership and private coaching targets.
• Support GM with scheduling, inventory management, and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Team Support & Leadership

• Daily Management: Assist in supervising front-line staff and department leads to ensure smooth daily operations.


• Training: Support the onboarding and ongoing development of new team members to ensure they meet brand expectations.


• Ambassador: Act as a role model for the \"Train Different\" philosophy, fostering an energetic and welcoming environment.

Sales & Growth

• Lead Production: Assist in managing the guest pipeline, including lead generation, outreach, and touring prospective members.


• Goal Achievement: Help the team reach monthly membership and private coaching targets.


• Promotions: Execute in-club events and community outreach to drive awareness and new member sign-ups.

Operations & Service

• Member Retention: Proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction and address concerns before they elevate.


• Club Excellence: Conduct regular \"walk-throughs\" to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and fully functional.


• Admin Support: Assist the GM with scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with all company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.


• Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace).


• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.


• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs.


• Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification required; a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
