Job summary

UFC GYM in Hawaii seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in driving sales, operations and member experience. You will coach frontline teams, monitor daily performance and ensure brand standards across the club.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily Management: Assist in supervising front-line staff and department leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Training: Support onboarding and ongoing development of new team members to meet brand expectations.
• Ambassador: Model the Train Different philosophy and foster an energetic, welcoming environment.
• Lead Production: Help manage guest pipeline, lead generation, outreach, and tours of prospective members.
• Goal Achievement: Assist the team in reaching monthly membership and private coaching targets.
• Promotions: Execute in-club events and community outreach to drive awareness and sign-ups.
• Member Retention: Engage with members to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Club Excellence: Conduct regular walks-throughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Admin Support: Assist GM with scheduling, inventory management, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.


• Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace).


• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.


• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs.
