The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills, along with in-depth knowledge of personal training. Compensation ranges from $43,000 to $59,000 per year, alongside comprehensive health benefits and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and encourage their involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs.
• Assist in all revenue generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.
• Sell training sessions. Execute an effective prospecting strategy and conduct guest tours.
• Be responsible for achieving monthly revenue objectives set forth by the Company with regard to fitness and supplements.
• Review daily club sales performance and individual employee performance statistics.
• Perform various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed.
• Alert the Operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs in the club. Personally conduct facility walkthrough daily.
• Supervise coach sales activities. Review agreements and prepare daily paperwork.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possesses a strong customer service focus.
• Possesses strong organizational skills. Understands basic record keeping practices and procedures. Demonstrates the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
