Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising front-line staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Help the team reach monthly membership and private coaching targets.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure the facility is clean and functional.

Key Responsibilities

Team Support & Leadership

• Daily Management: Assist in supervising front-line staff and department leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Training: Support onboarding and ongoing development of new team members to ensure they meet brand expectations.
• Ambassador: Act as a role model for the "Train Different" philosophy, fostering an energetic and welcoming environment.

Sales & Growth

• Lead Production: Assist in managing the guest pipeline, including lead generation, outreach, and touring prospective members.
• Goal Achievement: Help the team reach monthly membership and private coaching targets.
• Promotions: Execute in-club events and community outreach to drive awareness and new member sign‑ups.

Operations & Service

• Member Retention: Proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction and address concerns before they arise.
• Club Excellence: Conduct regular walk‑throughs to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and fully functional.
• Admin Support: Assist the GM with scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with all company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs.
• Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification required; a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
