Buona Restaurant and Buona Catering retail seeks an Assistant General Manager to drive sales and profitability under the General Manager’s direction. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets and overseeing retail operations across Buona’s restaurant and catering venues.

Responsibilities include leading revenue initiatives, implementing marketing plans, managing expenses, supervising staff, and developing employees toward shift management roles to support sustainable growth.

• Enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans, and HR and training materials
• Manage and control direct expenses
• Direct labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses
• Selection, retention, supervision, and training of all employees
• Conduct quarterly reviews
• Adhere to established training programs
• Determine advancement/termination
• Develop employees into shift managers

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $65,000/annually
