As an Assistant General Manager, you will ensure the success of our swim lessons by managing and motivating a successful team, coordinating class schedules, and setting up the school for success at every lesson. You’ll guide new team members and families through their first days and support their progress in our program and in life.

O-fish-ial Summary: Oversees daily operations including staffing, pool operations, cash management, customer service, retail, vending, private parties, and workplace activities.

Additional Information:

• All staff are CPR & AED certified; management will obtain CPO certification
• Oversee implementation of safety procedures and Emergency Action Plan
• Availability includes weekday evenings (until 8:30pm) and at least one weekend day
