Position Overview: Assistant General Manager

Responsible for ensuring the success of swim lessons by managing and motivating a team, coordinating class schedules, and supporting new members and families. We are seeking a local candidate in Frederick to help build a community with this new location.

Summary:

Oversees daily operations including staffing, pool management, cash handling, customer service, retail, private parties, and employee activities.
