Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a steady five-day schedule and Sundays off. Enjoy 15 paid days off holidays and a quarterly bonus plan alongside comprehensive benefits including 401K.

You will develop the team, foster a culture of positivity and gratitude, and build authentic guest relationships while following a defined career path toward General Manager with six raises.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and genuine.
• Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant (front or back of house).
