Job summary

Cafe Zupas in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, front or back of house, with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction.

This role offers a set five-day schedule with no Sundays, a quarterly bonus plan, 401K, medical/dental/vision coverage, and opportunities for growth from supervisor to GM as you demonstrate leadership and results.

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries.
