Job summary

Cafe Zupas in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a stable, set schedule and two days off each week, including no Sundays and early shifts. You’ll drive guest satisfaction and ensure smooth service.

You will mentor team members, develop talent, and cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team. The position features a defined career path with six raises to become a General Manager, plus a quarterly bonus and full

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus).
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and genuine.
• Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
