Café Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, whether front or back of house. This role emphasizes leadership, team development, and a positive culture, with a fixed schedule of two days off per week and a strong focus on guest relationships.

The position includes a clear career path with six raises toward GM, plus full benefits. The team values slow food served fast, house-made items, and a collaborative, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries
