Café Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, mentoring, and delivering exceptional hospitality while maintaining a positive atmosphere in-store.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail environments.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.
