At Café Zupas, Assistant Manager oversees day-to-day operations, leading front and back-of-house teams to deliver warm, consistent service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The role offers a predictable schedule with two days off, a quarterly bonus plan, and a clear career path with six raises toward a General Manager position, plus comprehensive benefits and a 401K.

With 2–5 years of leadership in restaurant/retail, you mentor teammates, foster positivity, and build authentic guest
