Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, with no Sundays and a clear career path.

You’ll enjoy a balanced schedule, two fixed days off each week, 15 paid days off/holidays, and a quarterly bonus plan plus a 401K, with strong training and advancement toward GM. If you foster a positive culture and manage guest relations, this is your chance to grow with a fast-paced, house-made cuisine concept.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.

• Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant (front or back of house).
