Job summary

Bighorn Law in Cincinnati is seeking an assistant general manager with hospitality leadership to support the general manager in daily hotel operations and begin learning how to become a GM for future growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have experience with property management systems, preferably Opera/Opera Cloud, and may have exposure to an accounting platform like M3. A hospitality degree is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel teams and delivering 5-star service.
• Familiarity with property management systems, Opera or Opera Cloud preferred.
• Experience with accounting platforms like M3 is a plus.

Job description

Are you a driven leader who thrives on providing 5-star service to hotel guests? You could be the perfect fit for our next assistant general manager position! We need an experienced hospitality expert who can work with our general manager on daily operations and begin learning how to become a GM for future growth and expansion.

Our ideal candidate should have experience with property management systems. Opera or Opera Cloud experience would greatly enhance your position as a viable candidate. It would also be helpful if the candidate has experience with an accounting platform like M3. Having a degree in hospitality management would be great, but it is not necessary. Having adequate experience and a strong desire to provide great customer service will be welcomed.

We like to provide our managers with a work-life balance. The primary schedule for this position is Tuesday - Saturday, mid shifts and evenings.
