Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts in Albuquerque, NM, seeks a GM-ready Assistant General Manager to drive excellence across rooms, F&B, events, and guest services. You will partner with the GM on strategic priorities, financial performance, and labor planning while coaching department leaders to cultivate accountability and outstanding hospitality.

You’ll gain mentorship from the VP of Operations and President, exposing you to high-level decisions and a clear path toward a future General Manager role

We’re looking for a GM-ready Assistant General Manager who is ready to take on more than day-to-day hotel operations.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who has built a strong foundation in full-service hospitality and is ready for the next stage of their career. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, lead across multiple operational departments, and gain meaningful exposure to the strategic, financial, and people decisions that drive an entire hotel.

Who are we looking for?

A hospitality leader with 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in a full-service hotel who understands that becoming a great GM requires more than being an excellent operator.

You should be comfortable leading leaders, understanding the numbers, making decisions, navigating complex guest and operational challenges, and thinking beyond your individual department.

Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality and leadership across multiple operational areas is strongly preferred.
