Dimension Hospitality is seeking an Hotel General Manager to oversee the full operation of a Round Rock property, focusing on guest experience, team engagement, financial performance, and brand excellence.

You will set the tone, build the culture, and lead a team that wears the brand with pride, driving performance in collaboration with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams. This role is hands-on and on-site, with a strong leadership focus and a commitment to safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar AGM-ready for the next step.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance.
