Dimension Hospitality is seeking a hands-on leader with strong operations knowledge to support multiple departments in a fast-paced hotel. You will help guide the General Manager, motivate teams, and make decisions that elevate guest experience and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and service standards.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, dependable, and able to lead by example.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with daily hotel operations and leadership tasks.
• Oversee department leaders and ensure smooth interdepartmental communication.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by resolving issues and supporting service recovery.
• Monitor hotel cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance.
• Assist with financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Lead by example to maintain a positive, professional environment.
• Support implementation of hotel initiatives, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure staffing levels support service needs across the hotel.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
