Zusammenfassung

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Assistant General Counsel for Archimedes to join our legal team in Florida. You will lead a team of attorneys and paralegals providing day-to-day support for Archimedes, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, oversee regulatory/licensing matters, ensure compliance, and advise on corporate strategy and IT systems. Experience in PBM/health insurance preferred; Juris Doctorate required.

Qualifikationen

JD/LL.M. or equivalent ABA-accredited degree.
US state license required (Wisconsin license preferred).
6+ years of legal experience.
Direct experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management or health insurance.
Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Aufgaben

Provide day-to-day legal support for Archimedes.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and vendor agreements.
Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance for Archimedes.
Advise on contracts, IT systems, and strategic initiatives.
Lead and develop Archimedes legal team in collaboration with Navitus teams.
