Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is expanding its legal team with an Assistant General Counsel for Archimedes. You will lead a team of attorneys and paralegals delivering day-to-day legal support, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, and collaborating with Archimedes and Navitus on contracts and compliance.

You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, manage licensing and regulatory matters, update policies, and advise on legal issues to shape IT and business initiatives while upholding ethical

Qualifications

• J.D. or LLM from ABA-accredited school required.
• Licensed to practice in at least one US state; Wisconsin license preferred.
• 6+ years of legal experience; PBM/health insurance experience required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to adhere to compliance objectives and collaborate respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of attorneys and paralegals delivering day-to-day legal support.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts on behalf of Archimedes; update templates.
• Manage licensing and regulatory requirements for Archimedes.
• Provide legal guidance on contracts, IT systems, and business initiatives.
• Ensure policies and procedures meet Archimedes’ needs and ethical standards.
