Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a Front Office Supervisor at Renaissance Honolulu to lead daily front office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role reports to the Front Office leadership and requires hands-on supervision of frontline staff and shift operations.

You will collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Sales to maintain service quality while monitoring labor costs and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in front office operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a front office setting.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of all front office areas to ensure quality and service standards are met.
• Supervise and support front office management and hourly staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Act as a key point of contact for guest concerns, service recovery and VIP experiences.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Monitor labor costs, department expenses, and forecast needs to maintain budgetary goals.
• Support development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures and training programs.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure communication of policies, procedures and performance goals.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll processing and timekeeping compliance.
• Ensure front office areas are clean, safe and in compliance with hotel standards and brand expectations.
• Participate in emergency procedures, crisis response and guest safety protocols.
