Four Seasons Hotel Houston is looking for an Assistant Front Desk Manager to join our Front Office team. We are seeking a talented, passionate, and enthusiastic individual to help us provide an exceptional experience to our employees and guests.

An ideal candidate will have a high school or college education or equivalent experience. Minimum three years related front office experience in luxury hotel setting. Thorough knowledge of Opera preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Front Desk staff including interviews, training and scheduling.
• Coordinates arrivals, departures and billing with Sales/Catering; blocks rooms for arrivals and resolves discrepancies.
• Ensures financial procedures are followed; handles cash, credit and petty cash with proper approvals.
