Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• 1–2 years Front Desk Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create daily operations reports for overnight shifts.
• Monitor activities of all departments and ensure standards are met.
• Handle guest relocations according to guidelines.
• Resolve guest complaints with high hospitality standards.
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, hours, and events.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, and billing; ensure proper room preparation and billing accuracy.
• Ensure safety, security, and well-being of guests and staff during overnight shifts.
• Check guests in/out efficiently and ensure correct room and rate; arrange luggage delivery.
