Four Seasons is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist in Houston to welcome guests at check-in, assist during their stay and at departure, and respond to a wide range of requests with exceptional hospitality.

This role is part of the Front Office Team, reporting to the Front Office Manager, with open availability including late nights, holidays and weekends. Prior luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel guest services preferred.
• Ability to handle guest requests with hospitality.
• Open availability to work late nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at check-in and assist with departures.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on hotel services.
• Resolve guest requests and personalize service.
• Collaborate with Front Office Team to ensure guest satisfaction.
