Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; additional technical certifications or education in mechanics or engineering is a plus.
• Prior experience in a mechanical, maintenance or related role specifically with bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, a/c and heat and water restoration or construction equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical/electronic interfaces.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent verbal and written skills to interact effectively with customers, team members and internal resources.

Responsibilities

• System mobilization and decommissioning: setup and tear down of equipment for various systems such as pumping, power, HVAC and energy utilities.
• Emergency and disaster response: participate in rapid deployment and management of resources for disaster restoration.
• Safety assurance: promote and maintain a safe work environment following company policies.
• Compliance oversight: identify hazards and implement controls to minimize risk.
• Execution support: work with project leads to monitor timelines and resource allocation.
• Delivery optimization: ensure on-time completion and efficient operation of equipment.
