Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Assistant Foreman to support project execution by setting up and tearing down equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with leadership. You will oversee pumping, power, HVAC, and energy systems while driving on-time delivery and efficient operation on diverse job sites.

The role emphasizes hands-on support, strong mechanical knowledge, and teamwork with Project Leads to optimize resources and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
• Experience with bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, and HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints and schematics; strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Direct setup and teardown of equipment for pumping, power, HVAC, energy and temporary utility systems.
• Actively participate in rapid deployment for disaster restoration and emergency response.
• Promote safety and ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Project Leads to monitor timelines and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are completed on time with equipment running efficiently for client satisfaction.
