Buc-ee's, Ltd. in the United States is seeking an Assistant Food Service Manager to support operations in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. You will help manage offerings, ensure safety, and develop staff while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants is preferred.
Bachelor degree preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Outlook).
Experience with POS devices and transaction systems (Kiosks, Printers, Tickets, Touch Screens).

Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of operating the department.
Manage product offerings (Jerky, Smoked Meats, Sausage, BBQ, Bakery, Sandwiches, Grab and Go, Tacos, Burritos, Hot Dogs).
Resolve customer issues quickly in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to foodservice and employment matters.
Oversee safety and proper use of kitchen equipment and appliances.
Lead and develop food service employees; ensure accurate operating reports.
