Buc-ee’s, Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Food Service Manager in Texas to help run a high-volume food service department. You will oversee product offerings, ensure safety and compliance, and lead a team with a focus on customer service.

Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Weekend, holiday work, and rotating day/night shifts are required. This role offers growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant food service experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Proficiency in food planning, sanitation and handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook).
• Experience with various POS devices (kiosks, printers, tickets, touch screens).
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and rotate day/night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Assist with all aspects of operating the department with focus on Clean, Friendly, and In Stock.
• Manage product offerings including jerky, smoked meats, sausage, BBQ, bakery, sandwiches, Grab and Go, tacos, burritos, hot dogs.
• Resolve customer issues quickly in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws relating to foodservice and employment matters.
• Oversee safety, equipment usage and daily operating reports.
