The role requires managing hospitality operations, training staff, and ensuring safety and quality across all foodservice offerings.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or management experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Food Service experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel & Outlook.
• Experience with various POS and transaction devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Food Service Manager in all aspects of department operations.
• Manage product offerings and ensure quality and safety.
• Address customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with foodservice laws and regulations.
• Oversee daily reports and schedule for staff.
