Job summary

You will manage product offerings like jerky, smoked meats, BBQ, bakery, grab-and-go, and more; require 5+ years in food service, strong customer service, and MS Office proficiency; benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k 100% match up to 6%.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or management experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Food Service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook).
• Acquire and maintain food service certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with every aspect of department operations under Clean, Friendly, In Stock pillars.
• Perform duties of Food Service Manager in their absence.
• Manage product offerings (jerky, smoked meats, sausage, BBQ, bakery, grab and go, tacos, burritos, hot dogs).
• Solve customer issues quickly in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; enforce safety rules.
• Oversee safe operation of kitchen equipment and supervise staff.
