Job summary

Buc-ee's, Ltd. in Katy, TX is seeking an Assistant Food Service Manager to oversee daily operations in a high-volume deli/food service environment.

You will support the Food Service Manager, manage product offerings, and develop staff while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires customer-focused leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends/holidays on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants or food service management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop staff while maintaining service standards.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations of the Food Service department in the absence of the Food Service Manager.
• Oversee product offerings including jerky, smoked meats, sausage, BBQ, bakery, sandwiches, grab-and-go items, tacos, burritos, hot dogs.
• Resolve customer issues quickly in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations and accurate operating reports.
