Buc-ee's, Ltd. in Ennis, Texas, is seeking an Assistant Food Service Manager to help run our busy food service department, upholding our Clean, Friendly, In Stock pillars and ensuring top-quality service.

The role requires several years in food service leadership, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and proficiency with MS Office and POS devices. Relocation may be required and salary is $33/hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/retail or management experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Food Service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook).
• Experience with POS and transaction devices (Kiosks, Printers, Touch Screens).
• Acquire and maintain food service certifications.

Responsabilités

• Assist with all aspects of operating the department, upholding Clean, Friendly, and In Stock pillars.
• Manage product offerings (jerky, smoked meats, bakery, grab-and-go, tacos, burritos, hot dogs).
• Resolve customer issues quickly in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with food service laws.
• Supervise food service employees and complete operating reports.
• Ensure attendance and schedule adherence; support weekend/holiday coverage.
