Qualifications

• Two years of management or supervisory experience in a food service position.
• Three years of experience working in food service.
• ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Guide and manage the facility food service operation.
• Hire, orient, train and apply corrective actions to team members.
• Communicate with clients to develop positive connections.
• Oversee food quantities per menu and site plan.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prep planned menus.
• Ensure proper storage of food items.
• Maintain serving schedules per menu specs and safety guidelines.
• Maintain sanitary environment per Health Department codes.
