Montage International is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead dining operations at our luxury hotel in Big Sky, MT. You will oversee service standards, guest satisfaction, and staff performance while collaborating with culinary teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Progressive food and beverage experience.
• Effective supervisory and communication skills.
• Well organized with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of policies and procedures.
• MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Circulate on the outlet floor to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and create WOW moments.
• Supervise setup and maintenance of dining room to standards.
• Assign and supervise opening/closing duties.
• Log production and track guest-related opportunities daily.
• Assist with staffing and scheduling attendants and greeters.
• Conduct daily pre-meal meetings and ongoing training.
