Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts in Jackson Hole seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support front-of-house operations across Old Timer Bar & Restaurant, Mountainside Bar & Café, events, and guest-facing outlets.

You’ll partner with the Food & Beverage Manager to uphold service standards, manage beverage costs, maintain inventory accuracy, coach a high‑performing team, and ensure a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2+ years in food and beverage supervisory or assistant management.
• 2+ years in bartending, serving, banquet, café, or front-of-house service.
• Working knowledge of POS, inventory, and scheduling systems; Toast and XtraChef preferred.
• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the U.S., with strong guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional service and team performance.
• Support shift execution, monitor service flow, and coordinate between FOH, culinary, and hotel operations.
• Assist with beverage inventory control, par levels, waste reduction, and storage practices.
• Help manage beverage, labor, and operating costs with accurate reporting.
• Lead, coach, and support hourly F&B team members during shifts.
• Assist with training on service standards, POS procedures, and Trailborn brand practices.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and compliance across service areas.
• Input and maintain beverage recipes, cost data, menus, and reporting in Toast, XtraChef.
• Assist with on-site and off-site event logistics and guest experience.
