Job summary

Snowbasin Resort in Utah is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to support daily Front of House operations within their outlet. You will work closely with the outlet F&B Manager and other leaders to meet operational needs, promote brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction.

This role involves staffing, training, SOP implementation, and acting as Manager on Duty in the manager's absence. Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Knowledge of food safety and safety procedures.
• Ability to travel to Snowbasin for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate frontline operations with the outlet F&B Manager.
• Assist in staffing, training, and SOP implementation.
• Cover as Manager on Duty in the absence of the F&B Manager.
• Maintain adherence to quality, service, and brand standards.
• Support financial and scheduling reporting as required.
• Interact with guests and staff to promote a positive environment.
