Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our dining leadership team. You will work closely with F&B managers to support operations for 955 guest rooms, 4 outlets, and extensive event spaces in downtown Houston.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong communication, and cost-control experience, with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ year of high-volume restaurant/bar management preferred.
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support F&B operations as part of the hotel team.
• Schedule and train hourly staff; drive revenue and cost control.
• Resolve guest concerns; maintain high service standards.
• Lead by example; ensure compliance with laws and SOPs.
