Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Assistant Flexo Press Operator for the 2nd shift in Delaware, OH. You will assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining Flexo presses to produce quality folding carton materials.

The role includes preparing materials, inspections, and light maintenance to keep production efficient. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and use hand tools.
• Familiarity with water-based inks for various substrates.
• Able to lift and move tooling up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness and quality in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining Flexo presses.
• Prepare materials, inspect quality, and perform minor maintenance.
• Adjust machine settings (speed, ink, pressure, temperature) for print quality.
• Monitor runs for color accuracy and conformity to specs.
• Back up for pre-press area; mount plates and color-correct as needed.
• Maintain production and quality records and assist with housekeeping.
• Cover breaks and support operators to ensure continuous production.
