Job summary

4over, Inc. is seeking a Press Operator on 2nd shift at the Dayton Plant in Huber Heights, OH. You will set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a Komori sheet-fed press, ensuring high-quality, on-time production while guiding the feeder.

This role requires 3–5 years of Komori press experience, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail. Training may occur at other times, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Three (3) – five (5) years’ experience as a Komori Sheet Fed Press Operator
• Proven mechanical aptitude and experience performing Sheet Fed Press maintenance and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Komori sheet-fed press to produce high-quality print products.
• Lead and direct assistant operator and mentor junior colleagues.
• Monitor press cycle and performance and report job quantities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the press and perform basic repairs.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear PPE.
• Complete paperwork and maintain records.
• Attend department meetings and keep work area clean.
