Job summary

Graphic Village is looking for an experienced Offset Press Operator for 2nd or 3rd shift in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves setting up and operating a 6-color offset press, performing make-ready tasks, and ensuring color accuracy to meet quality standards.

You will work with Komori and Ryobi presses, perform routine maintenance, and support team objectives in a fast-paced print environment. The position requires a high school diploma and 2–3 years of relevant press experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2–3 years in offset/6-color press preferred.
• Experience with Komori and Ryobi presses is a plus; knowledge of press setup and color control.
• Ability to read job specs, set up presses, and perform routine maintenance and make-ready.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain a 6-color offset press to print multi-color jobs.
• Review job specs to determine press setup and imposition requirements.
• Perform make-ready tasks, examine plates/cylinders, and ensure color accuracy.
• Maintain press and perform minor repairs; follow safety and quality standards.
