Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC in Bowling Green, Kentucky, is seeking a Flexo Printing Press Assistant (12hr nights) to support the Printing and Converting Department, including press setup and preparation for flexographic printing. You will perform line setup, scrap control, quality checks, and routine equipment care, while maintaining paperwork and reporting maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or its equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Ability to read and understand a measuring tape.

Responsibilities

• Prepare press for flexographic printing including set-up.
• Line setup, scrap control, quality checks, and maintaining paperwork.
• Inform Press Operator of maintenance, quality, safety, or production issues.
• Manage press run including ink distribution, material setup, job setup, and quality printing.
• Adhere to safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
