Job summary

Four Seasons Denver is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (Full-Time) to support daily operations of EDGE Restaurant & Bar, In-Room Dining, Banquets, and the Pool. You will train, coach, and motivate a team while upholding Four Seasons service standards and company culture.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a F&B leadership role, strong knowledge of restaurant operations, luxury service, and guest relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory, assistant manager, or management position.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, luxury service standards, food and beverage offerings, and guest relations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day operations across all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Leading, coaching, and developing team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Managing labor costs and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory controls, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance throughout all areas of operation.
• Collaborating with culinary and operational teams to deliver memorable dining experiences.
