Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Seasonal Server for Montage Big Sky in Montana. You will assist guests with menu selections, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

The role emphasizes precise order-taking, upselling, and maintaining high service standards in a luxury setting. You should have at least one year of food & beverage experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

One year minimum experience in food & beverage operations.
Luxury hotel or fine dining experience a plus.
Experience with POS systems and guest service workflows a plus.
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with menu selections, provide recommendations, and address dietary restrictions.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay to the kitchen and bar.
Check in with guests during service to ensure satisfaction and handle concerns promptly.
Promote menu items and daily specials to enhance the dining experience.
Adhere to cleanliness and safety standards and complete pre-shift duties.
Support the team to deliver WOW moments and seamless service.
