Job summary

Montage International is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead service in a luxury resort environment. You will oversee dining room operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through proactive supervision and premium service standards.

You will play a key role in scheduling, training, and maintaining high levels of hospitality, safety, and brand integrity across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Progressive food and beverage experience
• Effective supervisory and communication skills
• Well organized with strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Circulate on the outlet floor, check with guests and staff to ensure satisfaction
• Handle guests' complaints and create WOW moments
• Supervise setup and maintenance of dining room to standard
• Seat guests by rotation to control flow and seating area
• Assign and supervise opening/closing side duties
• Log daily guest-related opportunities and reports
• Conduct pre-meal meetings and ongoing staff training
• Ensure safety and sanitation policies are followed
