Job summary

Montage International’s Beverage Director position at Montage Big Sky seeks a passionate leader to establish and oversee alcoholic beverage training for front-of-house staff, and to partner with general managers and department heads to craft compelling cocktail programs across outlets.

You will manage inventory, pricing, and cost controls, while mentoring sommeliers and bartenders to uphold luxury service standards in a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years beverage supervisory or management experience.
• Experience as a beverage buyer with extensive wine and spirits knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage training for front-of-house staff and ensure service standards.
• Develop cocktail programs with outlets and manage inventory and costs.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and budget forecasting.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise sommeliers, servers, and bartenders.
