Job summary

Montage Big Sky is seeking friendly hospitality professionals to ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner, while helping guests select menu items.

You will take orders, accommodate special requests, promote specials, collaborate with the team, and uphold luxury service standards to create WOW moments for every guest.

This role supports Montage International’s mission to deliver extraordinary, personalized experiences in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• One year minimum of experience in food & beverage operations.
• Prior Micros or other systems experience.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Able to collaborate in a team environment.
• Basic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations and answering questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary restrictions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen staff.
• Anticipate guest needs during the meal service and offer desserts or coffee options.
• Promote menu items, specials, and promotions to guests using suggestive selling techniques.
