Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly and attentive Server in Jackson, Wyoming. You will take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and help maintain an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering menu questions, handling POS transactions, and coordinating with the kitchen for requests and dietary needs. This is a part-time on-site role demanding flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be available for shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
• TIPS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal, non-verbal, and written).

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, beverages, correct glassware, and garnishes.
• Greet, welcome, and acknowledge guests per standards.
• Set tables and maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Serve food and drinks and process orders via POS promptly.
• Communicate special requests, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Present checks, process payments, and thank guests.
• Assist team by running food and restocking as needed.
• Close duties and secure service areas.
• Adhere to safety and service standards at all times.
