Sierra Lodgings Inc. is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to oversee In Suite Dining, The Market, Starbucks and Tropicale Restaurant.

You will plan and run day-to-day operations, maintaining guest satisfaction and compliance with policies while achieving financial goals. The role requires at least two years in a F&B leadership position, ServSafe and TIPS certification, and strong guest service and communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum two years in a leadership role in a food and beverage environment.
• Must be ServSafe & TIPS certified.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and staff in a resort setting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of In Suite Dining, The Market, Starbucks, and Tropicale Restaurant.
• Plan and implement beverage purchasing, menus, and VIP guest requests.
• Schedule Front of House staff and coach associates to meet forecasted business and budgeted goals.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
