Job summary

The 'Quin House in Boston, MA is seeking a hands-on Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead three full-service restaurants. You will partner with restaurant leadership to drive exceptional dining experiences, member satisfaction, and financial results in a vibrant private social club.

You will mentor and motivate staff, manage payroll and inventory, develop menus with the dining team, and ensure health, safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of progressive hotel/restaurant experience.
• Startup/opening experience preferred.
• Service-oriented with professional presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and instill a culture of respect; develop staff through training.
